Internship Journey at iYES Language School

これまでにたくさんの学生と関わる機会がありました。 それぞれ異なる経験や夢を持ち、一人ひとりが自分らしく成長していく姿を見るのは、私たちにとって大きな喜びです。特に、インターン生たちが専門的なスキルだけでなく、自信をつけて新しい環境に適応していく姿を見るのは、この仕事のやりがいのひとつだと感じます。

その中でも、Yさんの成長は特に印象的でした。最初は期待に胸を膨らませつつも、新しい環境に馴染めるか少し不安そうな様子でした。 しかし、時間が経つにつれてすっかり環境に慣れ、見違えるほど成長しました。特にコミュニケーションの面で大きな変化がありました。初めは話したい気持ちはありながらも、少し戸惑うことがありましたが、日々の会話や授業への積極的な参加、先生や地元の人たちとの交流を通じて、少しずつ自信を深めていきました。リスニング力も飛躍的に向上し、会話の理解や受け答えがとてもスムーズになりました。

学生やインターン生の成長を見守ることは、教育に携わる者として何よりの喜びです。iYES Language Schoolでは、ただ学ぶだけでなく、安心して挑戦し、自分らしく成長できる環境を大切にしています。

We have had the privilege of working with many students, each bringing their own unique experiences and aspirations. One of the most fulfilling aspects of our role is witnessing our interns grow—not just in their professional skills but also in their confidence and ability to adapt to a new environment.

Y-San had a truly remarkable journey. When he first arrived, he was excited but also a little uncertain about adjusting to life here. However, over time, he not only settled in but thrived. He became completely comfortable with his surroundings, and it was inspiring to see how much he grew, especially in communication. Initially eager yet sometimes hesitant to express himself, he gradually gained confidence through daily interactions, classroom participation, and engaging with teachers and locals. His listening skills, in particular, improved tremendously as he learned to understand and respond more effectively in conversations.

Watching students and interns grow is one of the most rewarding aspects of teaching.
